OMORFIE currently ship from our warehouse located on the West Coast in Australia.

OMORFIE process and despatch all orders received the same day.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday – excluding weekends and bank holidays.

It’s super important to review your shipping and billing information prior to placing your order. A delay in processing your order can occur, 1-3 business days – if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation, this is to let you know – your order has been processed. Once we ship your OMORFIE order, you will receive a second email this includes both your tracking number and link to follow your package journey. Please allow 1-3 days for your tracking number to display. If your item has not arrived within the proposed delivery time frame, please email OMORFIE care we’re always here to help.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Please ensure you provide a delivery address that is open during business hours (preferably a business address) to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. Where a delivery is attempted and no one is available to accept the parcel, your parcel will be left in a secure location. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been dispatched by us.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES

Please note, product costs do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government, and are not collected by OMORFIE, therefore cannot be refunded. DHL pay on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This process ensures that the courier, can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

The customers responsibility is to ensure the correct address is entered at checkout. We aim to provide the fastest shipping process, this is why there is very short time frame to change the address of your order. If you need to change your shipping details, please email hello@omorfie.com as soon as your order is placed. Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED

All OMORFIE shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If the tracking information confirms the item has been delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please contact the courier – in order to investigate this issue. OMORFIE will not be held accountable for packages, where tracking information states delivered to your address.

SALE PERIODS

Due to the large number of orders received during sale and promotional periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for the delivery of your order during these times. Where promotions are run on public/bank holidays, your order will be processed within 1 business days after the public/bank holiday.
