At OMORFIE we ship from our warehouse facility partner located on the West Coast in Australia.
After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during checkout. The order confirmation email includes the order number and your ordered products. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed and cannot be canceled.
Orders received before 3 pm AEST will be dispatched same day. Please note, delays may still occur during promotional periods. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday (AEST)
When your order ships from our fulfilment warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number, live tracking update and local courier phone number.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days.
