OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

WE’RE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP

We are pleased to accommodate an exchange or refund within thirty days (30) on all hair sets that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. HAIR EXTENSIONS by OMORFIE are designed with a unique tester piece, you can open this to determine the colour, is the perfect blend for you.

We pride ourselves on very low return rate due to our high quality products. Each item is carefully checked before we ship your purchase.

IMPORTANT

Hair Extensions:

OMORFIE Hair Extensions will only be acceptable for exchange/ return if the Void Safety Sticker has not been opened or tampered with. The TESTER piece must not be coloured, cut or altered in any way. Your item must be returned in the exact condition you received it.

Stylers:

As listed on the warranty & safety card inside your products packaging,

  • Your OMORFIE Hair Styler is replaceable within three (3) months or repaired within one (1) year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in workmanship and or materials.
  • This warranty does not apply to OMORFIE Hair Styler’s showing damage/abuse or to parts which our judgement are not defective – nor does this warranty extend to tampered/altered and or repaired other than by OMORFIE and its Manufacture.
  • This warranty does not cover general use/ wear and tear – such as scratches, chips, abrasions, discoloration and fading.
  • Theft and Loss of product.

HOW DO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

First you must email OMORFIE care including your order number. We will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your hair set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange/refund.

WHY ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS NON-RETURNABLE IF OPENED?

As Human Hair extensions are considered a Hygienic product, We take hygiene and public safety very seriously and don’t allow any returns/exchanges if the Void Safety Sicker has been opened or tampered with..

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

You are responsible for all exchange/return/shipping costs. This includes shipping costs associated with us sending your exchange. We strongly suggest sending your exchange with a tracking number. OMORFIE will not be held responsible for lost returns. International returns must mark postal package with RETURN, NO DUTIES. Otherwise your order will not be accepted at our shipping facility and be returned back to you.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY EXTENSIONS FOR THE RIGHT COLOR?

Easy, email hello@omorfie.com and let us know your order number and which shade you’d like to exchange for. We will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your item back. All items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, as opened merchandise will not be exchanged. We strongly suggest sending your exchange with a tracking number. OMORFIE will not be held responsible for lost returns.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund, excluding any shipping add on’s and return processing fee, will be issued to your original payment method after OMORFIE have received, checked and confirmed your item passes our exchange/return criteria.  Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. A full refund, excluding any shipping add on’s and return processing fee, will be issued to your original payment method after OMORFIE have received, checked and confirmed your item passes our exchange/return criteria.

Return processing fee of $20 (aud) applies for stylers and $15 (aud) for hair extensions.
