We are a cruelty-free brand and do not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorisation to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products. In addition, OMORFIE does not retail within any country that requires animal testing.

RECYCLED MATERIAL
OMORFIE focus strongly on obligations to the environment not only as a brand, but as people. For this reason, we have tirelessly ensured that all steps have been made to create the most sustainable products that we can offer. Our bottles and disc caps are 100% recyclable and our labels are produced with chemically safe inks and adhesives.

WHAT IS THE LIFESPAN OF OMORFIE HAIRCARE 
We recommend using within 12 months of opening. Unopened shelf life in a normal cool environment is 3 years from the date of purchase.

CARE

1. The OMORFIE Hair Styler must ONLY be connected to the current socket of voltage specified on the rating plate. Either 110V 60Hz or 220V 50Hz.

2. Do not use the OMORFIE Hair Style if it is defective or the cord is damaged.

3. NEVER use the OMORFIE Hair Styler in Water or “other” liquids.

4. Hands MUST be dry when using the OMORFIE Hair Styler.

5. Do not place the OMORFIE Hair Styler on Plastic and or any material sensitive to heat.

6. When turning on the OMORFIE Hair Styler, you will hear a sound.  The “Red LED” light will start flashing once the device reaches the setting temperature.

7. Hair must be DRY when using the OMORFIE Hair Styler.

8. Please, DO NOT touch the OMORFIE Hair Styler plates whilst hot.

9. After styling is finished, please unplug the OMORFIE Hair Styler and leave it to cool down completely before storing it.

10. Before carrying out any cleaning, the OMORFIE Hair Styler must be Unplugged and Cooled down.

11. It is not recommended to wrap the cord around the OMORFIE Hair Styler, this can result in the cord to “fray”

12. DO NOT use the OMORFIE Hair Styler for any other purpose, other than its intended use.

WARRANTY

This warranty is valid from 1 year from the date of purchase.

Your OMORFIE Hair Styler is replaceable within three (3) months or repaired within one (1) year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in workmanship and or materials.

Please save your receipt as proof of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to OMORFIE Hair Styler’s showing damage/abuse or to parts which our judgement are not defective – nor does this warranty extend to tampered/altered and or repaired other than by OMORFIE Pty Ltd and its Manufacture.

This warranty does not cover general use/ wear and tear – such as scratches, chips, abrasions, discoloration and fading.

WHAT ARE HAIR EXTENSIONS BY OMORFIE?
OMORFIE Clip-in hair extension wefts come with the clips already attached to them. They are the easiest, fastest, and safest way to get long, thick hair in just a matter of minutes. You can simply take the wefts and easily clip them into your hair all by yourself, without any additional costs, time, or professional help. Clip-in hair extensions are the perfect solution for those who are looking to get thicker hair and longer hair instantly, without the hassle or long-term commitment.

WHAT ARE THE BEST HAIR EXTENSIONS FOR ME?
The best hair extensions are those that blend well with your natural hair and also fit your lifestyle. For example if you dance, work-out, swim, or play sport on a regular basis – it’s best to consider a temporary method of hair extensions such as clip-in, because they can easily be taken out for the duration of those activities and clipped back in when needed.

HOW LONG DO HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?
This will depend on how well you look after them and what products you use. With proper care OMORFIE extensions last anywhere from 3-6 months up to a year or even longer.

DO HAIR EXTENSIONS DAMAGE YOUR HAIR?
We want you to love our extensions, even when you’re not wearing them. That’s why they’re designed to do absolutely no damage to your own hair. Our simple clip system means you can change your look whenever you want. And the silicon strip insert prevents the wefts from slipping and breaking. We don’t recommend sleeping with your hair extensions, this can cause discomfort and stress on your scalp.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT COLOR OF HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Hair Extensions by OMORFIE are hand selected by our team of professional hair stylists. Available in 10 shades, they are specifically designed to to blend perfectly with your natural hair. The coloring technique used, means the hair has subtle highlights and lowlights throughout each set. This give the hair color dimension, depth, reflect and movement to ensure the extensions blend seamlessly with your natural hair, even if your hair color isn’t the exact same shade. If you have any trouble choosing your color please email OMORFIE care with a recent photo taken in natural light so we can see your hair (full length) with no filters. We are more than happy to make a recommendation, plus we love talking about hair.

Absolutely! Hair Extensions by OMORFIE  are made of 100% double drawn, human hair.

You can curl your extensions to match the texture of your natural hair, we recommend using a thermal heat protector spray to ensure your extensions are always looked after when heat styling. CAN I STRAIGHTEN AND CURL MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Absolutely! OMORFIE Hair Extensions are made with double drawn,100% human remy hair and can be curled, straightened, blow-dried and styled, just like your own natural hair.

To ensure your extensions are looked after, we recommend to always use a thermal/heat protectant spray. ENA by OMORFIE is the ultimate frizz fighter, curl maker and style creator -say hello to shiny soft hair.

CAN I _______ WITH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?

SWIM: No, we do not recommend swimming with your extensions clipped in or getting them wet (except when washing them). Chlorine from swimming pools and salt from ocean water can be damaging to your hair extensions and may cause the extensions to tangle with your natural hair, which can be damaging. If you would like to wear your extensions in the water, make sure to tie your hair up to avoid getting them wet.

SLEEP: We don’t recommend sleeping with your hair extensions clipped in, this can cause excessive tangling, and be damaging to the extensions as well as your own hair. We do recommend removing your extensions before you sleep.

PLAY SPORT: We strongly do not recommend that you do any physical activity with your extensions clipped in. Not only can the clips cause discomfort to your head with all the extra movement, there is a high risk of the hair tangling with your natural hair due to sweat and moisture.

ARE MY EXTENSIONS NOTICEABLE?
When clipped in correctly, OMORFIE hair is virtually undetectable. For a natural seamless blend the wefts are clipped in between layers of your own hair.

HOW TO BRUSH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Beautiful, real talk here – all hair can tangle, even hair extensions! We always recommend brushing your hair extensions before and after use (if you have time … throughout the day to). We recommend that you gently brush out starting from the ends and working towards the top of the weft. This will ensure all the tangles and removed.

HOW TO WASH AND DRY MY EXTENSIONS?
As your hair extensions don’t receive natural oils from the scalp, you won’t need to cleanse as often. We suggest cleansing your OMORFIE hair every 15 wears, or when the hair shows product buildup and becomes difficult to style. Only use sulfate and alcohol -free hair products to avoid frizzy and dry hair.

After brushing your OMORFIE Hair Extensions, Carefully rinse with lukewarm water. Apply a small portion of shampoo in your hands and squeeze gently in a downward motion from the top of the extensions to the ends. Please do not twist, rub or scrub the hair. Gently lather shampoo until hair is visibly clean, then rinse the hair thoroughly under lukewarm water until all shampoo has been completely removed. If your hair extensions  have not lathered, this indicates the hair could still have build up – It’s okay to do a mild second cleanse to ensure the hair is clean.

Repeat the squeeze cleanse method with conditioner or your favourite nourishing masque to provide extra moisture and shine. Leave on for 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.

Tip: Towel Dry the hair extensions before applying your conditioner/masque by doing this your extensions will be able to absorb the moisture, because the hair isn’t dripping with water.

Finally lay each weft flat to air-dry on top of a towel on a flat surface.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE?
As hair extensions don’t get nourishment from the scalp like natural hair, it is important to choose the right products to keep your extensions looking effortlessly chic.

We always recommend using organic hair products whenever possible. (plus they are better for our environment.) You should also use products specifically designed for dry and damaged hair, this will help keep the hair strands nourished.

COLORING MY HAIR EXTENSIONS?
Hair Extensions by OMORFIE are made from the highest quality double drawn 100% human remy hair. They can be toned/colored darker, we strongly recommend a professional colorist/stylist do this for you, – sometimes achieving your desired “color” shade own your own can be a little more complicated.

We do not recommend coloring your extensions a lighter shade (ie, bleaching/highlighting/foiling etc). Bleaching is a harmful chemical process that can alter the quality of your set, and even damage it. If you are in-between shades, we recommend going for the lighter colour and taking your set to a professional hair colourist to have them dye your set a darker shade in order to achieve an overall match. Similarly, if you have highlights, we recommend going for a shade that matches the lightest highlight in your hair, and having a professional hair colorist add in lowlights to your set.
